We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to work on building world class software products across a number of cross functional and global teams in a fast paced, dynamic and competitive landscape.  With your seasoned product management experience, you have an ability to interpret and transform global business strategy and fluid objectives into product deliverables across complex projects and multiple internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy working closely with diverse business and technology stakeholder groups as you take a product from conception to launch in an environment of rapid change.  Using your product management skill set, you are able to meet commercial and strategic goals established by a global set of stakeholders; driving the clarity of the product by articulating the vision and flushing out the functional details.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering significant parts of enterprise and consumer software products to market.  Product management across one or more technology areas and subject matter expertise in mobile, payments, connected devices or artificial intelligence is highly desirable.  More importantly, as the work environment and culture is fast paced, you have the aptitude and the willingness to deep dive into new business initiatives in order to translate opportunities into discrete product management artifacts such as; product roadmaps, requirements, release notes and user guides.  The Product Manager’s focus is on taking the lead on defining and building feature sets for products and services that enhance the Samsung experience for our customers.



  • Contribute to the ideation of innovative product capabilities and feature sets
  • Building a product roadmap by balancing short term business goals with long term vision and strategy; provide input into the product vision and strategy, including how offerings should evolve
  • Assess and evaluate new business opportunities for Samsung’s product portfolio, including conducting market and competitive research
  • Defining and articulating business requirements and both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to product management processes related to change control, documentation, etc.
  • Understand and interpret the rationale behind feature requests in order to drive product clarity
  • Work closely with program management, UX design, engineering, technology operations and business teams to ensure the product vision and roadmap gets executed
  • Balance shifting priorities, limited resources and dependencies; change direction quickly where necessary
  • Communicate and get buy-in on product proposals from local and global product management teams and collaborate on these initiatives with the organization as a whole
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the product management process that best maximize efficiency and help support successful launches



  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field; a MBA would be preferred
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product lifecycle experience with a focus on technology innovation
  • Experience in one or more of the fields of cloud services, enterprise solutions, web architecture, mobile applications, developer services (SDKs, APIs), mobile security and data driven solutions
  • Domain knowledge of mobile device management, mobile payments, Internet of Things or AI/deep learning
  • Technical experience gained in software development, systems integration or solutions architecture
  • Client or partner facing experience gained in a consulting, sales engineering or business development role
  • Experience across multiple software development methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to confidently deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, and comfortable working across different cultures
  • An aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environment
