Coordinator, Sales Administration - 8 Month Contract

 

As a Coordinator, Sales Administration, your primary responsibility is to process payments for the sales claim management process for specific customers for sales promotion activities. This involves validating that the customer has submitted appropriate debit note and program details, auditing the accuracy of the submission versus the approved planned promotion, processing the claim for payment and acting as the key contact for the customer for any inquiries or follow up.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and process AAF, spiff, bundle, trailing credits etc. claims.
  • Submit claims into SAP Claim Request system.
  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Advise customers of short payments on their claims.
  • Support Claim Creation tasks which involves reviewing customer claims on the Sale Admin Portal and uploading required information.
  • Administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Post secondary education
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of related admin experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, Outlook, and SAP/ERP is an asset
  • Strong customer service, negotiation problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels within the SECA organization and customers
  • The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Sales Admin tasks
  • Detail oriented with good number sense
  • Self-motivated
