Sr. Manager, Strategy


  • Together with the Director, Strategy, work with each business unit across the organization to understand business strategy, challenges and priorities to develop, socialize and manage a multi-year strategy
  • Develops a pipeline of innovation and growth opportunities leveraging full product and services portfolio in anticipating the needs of emerging market trends
  • Conduct, analyze and report on trends and development in technology and formulate strategic courses of action
  • Directs ideation sessions with business units to gain deep understanding of business challenges
  • Actively seek synergies between multiple business lines to activate new customer landscape.
  • Maintain understanding of current & future technology needs
  • Oversees project management and execution of divisional and cross-divisional initiatives


  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of related experience
  • Experience should include product management and/or strategy development experience within the technology industry
  • Proven ability to set strategic plans and programs necessary to achieve future sales and profit goals
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within organization
  • The ability to convince others with opposing views to accept/approve plans and project recommendations.
  • The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to lead and direct the activities of team members in order to achieve business objectives and team goals and to complete assigned projects within established time frames and specifications
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Highly developed communication & relationship skills
  • Must be self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and a team player in order to achieve objectives, program implementations and team goals and to complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
