Coordinator, Corporate Finance (Bilingual, Korean & English)

 

The Coordinator, Corporate Finance will be responsible for coordinating monthly forecast, current month forecast and support/manage P&L simulation tools as well as support month-end accounting activities. This role is also responsible for coordinating and reviewing for accuracy of various financial reports including combined profit reports, North American HQ reports and Korean HQ (GBM/Oversea Support) reports.

Responsibilities

  • CMF/ Target / Yearly Management Plan: Responsible for coordinating and reviewing accuracy of submissions from PMs in GFP system, and various reports pertaining to the process
  • Support and coordinate Month-end closing functions
  • Coordinate and support with various financial reports to the Corporate Reporting Manager and other senior level staffs on a regular and irregular basis. Some of these routine reports include the Executive Summary for Forecast results, Monthly-Closing, Management note and Combined Profit
  • Review accuracy of sales and profit analysis and Coordinate across sales divisions to compile detail variance report on a monthly basis.
  • Support and coordination for various HQ/NAHQ/Internal Ad-hoc requests on a regular and irregular basis

 

Qualifications

  • University degree or College equivalent (Commerce, Accounting or BA) preferred
  • Bilingual Korean and English, speaking and writing, required

  • University degree (Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting) preferred

  • CA/CMA/MBA Enrollment in a designated accounting program is desirable

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Advanced Excel skills

  • Knowledge of and work experience with SAP an asset

  • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment

  • Proces oriented, able to meet specific deadlines

  • Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
