Regional Facilities Manager
Responsible to manage the Facilities and Security within Corporate Affairs Department. Main duties include SECA GTA facilities, ensure best in class execution of facilities construction including renovations and build out, physical security, workplace safety, risk mitigation, operations, sustainability, accessibility, reception; equipment, insurance, audit compliance; office equipment, contracts and services; mailroom and cafeteria operations.
Significant interactions with all levels of management to ensure needs are identified, services are provided and administrative practices are communicated.
Manage staff of facilities, reception and contract services personnel.
