    Sr. Specialist, Brand Marketing

     

    Under direction of the Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications the incumbent is responsible for supporting all product and partnership launch aspects including Style Guides, Digital Promo Materials, video assets (TVC and Digital Media), and launch events. This includes sourcing all images and assets from HQ and working with agencies to develop and maintain critical timelines for asset and event delivery. Assist the Sr. Manager to develop the overall collateral, advertising, and promotional strategy and related marketing materials and resources. Interface with all product groups to identify and provide collateral materials. Submit, navigate, and manage flow of all applicable systems and processes, while following up with appropriate stakeholders, in order to support system approval of plans. Support the development, manage, and maintain relationships with advertising agents and creative collateral development vendors.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates system submission and approvals (legal, marketing, finance) for marketing initiatives in order to support on time execution of marketing programs. This includes following up with key business stakeholders to ensure that approvals are taking place on time, and escalating if they are not.
    • Oversees the collection and development of all core launch assets including product images, key visuals, product videos, and style guides. Work with HQ and SEA team to ensure all product assets are up to date for use in SECA marketing activities. Work with agency to ensure work backs for core assets are proactively communicated and delivered on time.
    • Supports the Digital Appliance marketing team on ATL/BTL initiatives related to launch include TV commercial (adaptation & deployment), Production, PR, and Experiential Marketing initiatives. Coordinate and actively participate within the integrated marketing communications process from brief to execution.
    • Supports the preparation of presentations of strategic plans, budgets, and reports for local management and Korean headquarters.
    • Supports the execution and development of launch events, working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and agencies to complete DA initiatives on time and within budget.

     

    Qualifications

    • University Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in proposing, planning, and managing promotions, collateral materials, budgets, and managing advertising agents and graphic material vendors preferred.
    • Experience in technology industry with a basic knowledge and understanding of industry advertising agents, communications planning, and asset creation/adaptation preferred.

     

    • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple levels within and outside the company. Must be able to influence others in acceptance, approval, and providing product description.
    • Superior project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, prioritize multiple assignments, prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, and manage budgets.
    • The ability to work in a team environment to identify and achieve team project goals and results, including the completion of assignments within established time frames.
    • Problem solving skills with the ability to solve day-to-day challenges, support the development and optimization of processes and contribute to Marketing planning.
